I've been supporting people and animals for nearly 40 years as a healer, teacher, author, speaker and facilitator of growth and wholeness. Trained in multi modalities as an adult as well as coming from a family of healers, I look forward to walking with you in your journey of health, peace and transformation.
Being present to yourself and life requires simply being here and now. The four foundations of mindfulness refer to the awareness of the body, the feelings, the mental thoughts and the rest of creation. By paying attention, we hone awareness. The more awareness we use, the sharper it gets. Awareness is then paired with discernment.
We can bring presence to joy or anger or sadness. The object of attention doesn't matter. We prefer certain states of minds and moods. These filters our relationship to our experiences.
